Calibrated, but measurements are smaller than they should be. #takeoff #waterproofing

My pdf plan was calibrated, but if I measure my shower floors for waterproofing, the measurements are much smaller than the actual shower floor of 1m2. Currently says the measurement is 0.207 m2 but must be closer to 1m2

I find that the undo button does not work, don’t know maybe I’m doing something wrong? (On the takeoff screen)

The figure displayed in the excel report, does it include our profit / markup?

The reason why I am asking is when you open settings it shows blank for western cape and other details, so I am confirming that the percentage carries through to costing and quote.
